Andrew Cissna is a free-lance lighting designer in the Washington, DC Metro area, designing lighting for theatre, opera, and dance.  Andrew holds a BFA in Lighting Design from the North Carolina School of the Arts and an MFA in Design from the University of Maryland.  He is currently the Technical Supervisor for the Spoleto Festival USA and teaches at the University of Maryland.  Andrew is also the co-founder of BoldARC Lighting, LLC, the inventor of the WebLD control system for virtual performance.
